The Home Automation Products We Install
Each section below lists the specific products we stock and install.
Electronic Air Cleaners
An electronic air cleaner installed in your duct system cleans every room, every time your furnace or air handler runs, not just the room the unit sits in.
The following electronic air cleaners are available through Neighborhood Home Services:
- Electronic Air Cleaner 16-in – A whole-house unit for standard 16-inch duct openings. Captures dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and certain bacteria as air circulates through the system.
- Honeywell Home F300 Whole-House Electronic Air Cleaner – Uses three-stage filtration and an electric charge to capture up to 99% of airborne particles, up to 30 times more efficient than a standard one-inch furnace filter. The filter cell is reusable and washable, so there are no replacement filters to buy. Backed by a 5-year warranty and Resideo's 10-year UltraClean Coil Guarantee. Smart Thermostats
The Honeywell Home ElitePRO is a family of four smart thermostats, all ENERGY STAR certified and available in white or black.
We install all four ElitePRO models:
- ElitePRO S900 Smart Thermostat – Entry-level ElitePRO with a customizable 4.3" touchscreen. Connects via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Matter. A good fit if you want smart scheduling and remote access without added IAQ sensors.
- ElitePRO S1000 Smart Thermostat – Adds occupancy sensing that adjusts the temperature when the house is empty. Includes Redlink wireless connectivity. A good choice for households with changing schedules.
- ElitePRO S1100 Smart Thermostat – Features a 5" touchscreen and two configurable outputs for IAQ devices or additional heating and cooling stages. Designed for homes where indoor air quality control is a priority.
- ElitePRO S1200 Smart Thermostat – The most advanced model. Full IAQ sensing, including humidity, VOC, and estimated CO2, plus video doorbell streaming compatible with First Alert and Ring doorbells.
Wi-Fi Water Leak Detectors
Pipes in older homes freeze when temperatures drop fast and hold. A Wi-Fi water leak detector gives you an early warning before a slow drip turns into a repair call.
The following water protection products are available:
- Braukmann L1 Wi-Fi Water Leak and Freeze Detector – Battery-operated detector that alerts you to water leaks, temperature drops, and humidity changes via push notification through the Resideo App. Includes a 5-ft sensing cable, expandable to 500 ft. Pairs with the L5 Wi-Fi Actuator for automatic water shutoff when a leak is detected. The device has a 2-year limited warranty.
- L5 Wi-Fi Actuator with 1/2 in NPT Ball Valve – Installs on your main water supply line and automatically shuts off water when a connected sensor detects a leak. Sends mobile and email alerts through the Resideo App when shutoff occurs.
If the detector finds a leak, our plumbing team handles the repair.
Smart Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms
Both SC5 models from BRK First Alert use a photoelectric smoke sensor and an electrochemical CO sensor with a 10-year service life. They send phone alerts via the First Alert App and wirelessly interconnect with up to 18 compatible alarms.
Two SC5 models are available:
- SC5 Battery Smart Smoke Carbon Monoxide Alarm – Runs on six 3V CR123A lithium batteries. Voice alerts identify danger type and location. Works with Google Nest Protect. 10-year limited warranty.
- SC5 Hardwire Smart Smoke Carbon Monoxide Alarm – Connects to 120V AC with a lithium battery backup for power outages. Quick-connect plug simplifies installation and replacement without rewiring. Requires electrical work, which our electrical team handles.
What We Bring to Every Installation
Ray Sherk started this in 1947 because area farms needed plumbing and had no one to call. Four generations later, Neighborhood Home Services covers plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, and smart home installation for residential homes in St. Cloud and throughout Central Minnesota.
When our team installs a product, we walk you through setup and connect it to your app before we leave. If something malfunctions, you call one number, and the same team comes back. Our technicians are fully licensed and insured, and every installation is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
