How We Determine the Right Unit Size
We size every unit using a load calculation—what our team calls a “load calc.” It accounts for the specific conditions of your home: window placement, insulation, areas where heat escapes, and more. That data tells us exactly what size unit your home needs, so we’re not guessing bigger or smaller and hoping for the best.
An oversized unit short-cycles and wastes energy. An undersized one runs constantly and never quite keeps up. Either way, you don’t get the efficiency you paid for. The load calc takes that risk off the table.
