Jayla Mortensen is the Permit Coordinator, bringing more than four years of office administration experience and over 26 years of customer service experience to the team. She is also attending college full-time, pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management and is set to graduate in spring 2027. Jayla enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes and brings years of experience working with and supporting others. Outside of work and school, she stays busy spending time with her young children and helping run her family farm.
