Izzie Yaeger is a Customer Service Representative in the Call Center and proudly represents the fifth generation of her family in the business. Growing up around Neighborhood Home Services, Izzie has been learning about the company and customer service for years, and she is now putting that experience into practice by listening to customers and helping connect them with the right solutions. Before joining the Call Center, she also spent time working with the marketing team, giving her an even broader view of how the company serves its customers. Outside of work and high school, Izzie enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend, being around animals, shopping, and getting her nails done.
