PJ Allen is the Electrical Department Manager and Master Electrician with over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry. His career began while serving in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician, where he developed the technical foundation that launched his lifelong career in electrical work. After his military service, PJ transitioned into the civilian electrical field and has since built extensive experience across commercial, industrial, residential, and control wiring systems.
PJ earned his Journeyman Electrician license in 1994 and became a Master Electrician in 2010. He also holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics, bringing both practical field experience and strong technical knowledge to his leadership role. As the Electrical Department Manager, PJ is known for his meticulous approach to problem-solving and his commitment to ensuring every detail is handled correctly. He works closely with his team to make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
One of PJ’s greatest passions is mentoring the electricians he works with, helping journeymen and apprentices develop their skills and grow in the trade. He takes great pride in seeing his team succeed and in making sure every customer receives reliable, high-quality electrical service. PJ is known for his positive leadership style, consistently motivating and encouraging his team while maintaining a strong focus on safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
PJ lives east of Foley and is a proud father of two daughters. When he’s not leading the electrical team, he enjoys watching sports, playing daily fantasy sports, and spending time on the golf course—because as he likes to say, “A bad day at golf is still better than a good day at work.”
