Jamie Kipka brings a remarkable background of leadership, logistics expertise, and operational discipline to the team. A graduate of St. Cloud Apollo High School, Jamie built a diverse career across manufacturing, customer service, small business ownership, and—most notably—35 years of service in the United States Army and Minnesota Army National Guard.
Throughout his military career, Jamie served in the logistics field, where he was responsible for managing complex supply systems, operational planning, and training logistics personnel across multiple units. Rising through the ranks from Private to Master Sergeant (E8), Jamie held several leadership roles including Unit Supply Specialist, Unit Supply Sergeant, Battalion S-4 Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC), and Senior Logistics Trainer for the Minnesota State G-4 at Camp Ripley. His service included multiple overseas deployments, including Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm and several deployments supporting operations in Iraq and Kuwait.
Jamie’s leadership and dedication were recognized through numerous military honors, including The Order of St. Martin Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, six Army Commendation Medals, and several additional service and achievement awards. These recognitions reflect a career defined by reliability, organization, and the ability to lead teams through complex logistical challenges.
Following his military career, Jamie also operated his own small business, Freedom Lawn Care, further demonstrating his strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
Today, Jamie brings that same attention to detail and operational expertise to his role with the team, where he supports daily operations as a Parts Runner, Vehicle Manager, and SOP Specialist. His extensive logistics background helps ensure equipment, vehicles, and operational processes run efficiently so technicians can focus on serving homeowners.
