As a Journeyman HVAC Installer you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

Responsibilities:

• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
• Diagnose/ Install HVAC systems with accuracy and detail.

Expectations:

• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Submit to drug testing and not be in use of drugs.
• Be available to work within our entire service area.
• Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Be available to be on call with the journeyman/journeywoman HVAC techs every 8th-11th weekend.

• High aptitude working with hands in a technical setting.

We are requiring experience for this position and, having advanced HVAC skills will increase your starting wage. This is not a starter position. installations that are installed in a timely manner with limited call backs. We want the best or the potential for the best. We have apprentices already.

This is a great opportunity for an individual that have a solid career in the HVAC trade. You can also build hours toward Plumbing and Electrical licensing if you desire. This would give you the opportunity to expand and advance to even management in any of these fields as well, in the future.

Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll deliver an exceptional experience on every call—combining high-quality inbound service with proactive outbound follow-up.

This role is evolving beyond basic call-taking. You’ll still handle inbound calls and scheduling, but you’ll also reach out to customers after service, help book recommended follow-ups, and re-engage past customers for maintenance, seasonal promotions, and membership renewals.

What You’ll Do:

• Inbound Customer Support & Booking
  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, “neighborly” manner
  • Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and urgency
  • Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Set clear expectations on timelines, services, and next steps
  • Document call details and customer information in our CRM/booking system (ServiceTitan or similar)
• Proactive Outbound Customer Engagement
  • Call recent customers to confirm satisfaction, answer questions, and schedule follow-ups
  • Re-engage customers with open estimates, aging equipment, or unscheduled recommendations
  • Contact customers for tune-ups, seasonal promotions, membership renewals, and follow-up opportunities
  • Support campaigns by calling targeted customer lists to generate booked appointments
• Relationship Building & Retention
  • Treat every interaction as an opportunity to earn trust
  • Listen actively, show empathy, and represent our values on every call
  • Educate customers on maintenance plans, memberships, warranties, and protective services
  • Help turn one-time customers into long-term customers through consistent, high-quality care
• Technology & Team Collaboration
  • Confidently use CRM tools, call systems, and online booking technology
  • Update customer history, track follow-ups, and ensure clean documentation
  • Partner closely with dispatch, technicians, sales, and leadership to keep schedules efficient and customers informed
  • Participate in trainings, team meetings, and performance check-ins
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve scripts, systems, and customer experience

What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics):
You’ll be supported and coached with clear goals. Success includes:

• Inbound booking & conversion rates
• Outbound follow-up results (bookings, next steps, completed calls)
