You may have heard how a person has saved money on an airline flight by "Flying Stand-By". Here is our version for the plumbing, heating and cooling industry based on the idea that allows clients who can take advantage of a short-notice program to save money.

 

If you can be flexible about your schedule time you can save money on your plumbing, heating, or air conditioning calls. Here is how it works:

 

1) Register for the program by e-mail below.

    sorry-- you must live in Neighborhood's plumbing and heating service area to be eligible-- see list below.

    Concerned about your privacy? Don't be--

    Your email address will not be visible to any other participant in the program.

    We will not sell your E-mail address.

 

 

2) Be sure to include your email address and a phone number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once we receive it.

 

3) When there is a short notice opportunity for you to save money we will attempt to notify you via email or telephone.

This can be reduced price service charges, reduced price maintenance calls, or other discounts for services that we provide such as air duct cleaning.

                                                 

 

EXAMPLE: Our dispatcher receives a last minute cancellation. Rather than have a technicia sit idle, she will send out a notice that offers you 50% off the normal service charge or 25% off the whole cost of a maintenance call. If this is interests you simply respond by calling the number given in the e-mail to claim the opening. Or you simply anwser the phone when we call the number given to us by you.

 

4) Act quickly, because the savings opportunities are on a first-come, first serve basis. Clients who respond but are too late for the current savings will be given an 'early-bird' opportunity the next time a short notice opportunity arises.

 

5) In order for savings to apply, any remaining balance must be paid at the time of service our financed using or finance plan
