Neighborhood is our go-to! We have used them for heating and AC checkups and trust them. This year it was time to replace the furnace and heat pump. We got a good quote and finished the install. Mike pointed out several problems in our old 29-year Rheem furnace that definitely made it unsafe and unusable.
