Neighborhood is an amazing company to work with. They were able to get me in quickly and were flexible with my scheduling needs. The technician (Chris Kokal) was incredible! He walked me through what was going on and answered all my questions. In and out in diagnosing and repairing my AC unit in under an hour (fried capacitor). Chris also was very detail-oriented and also checked out our humidifier and furnace while he was there. Will definitely be calling Neighborhood again, thank you!

Dustin was very attentive to his job. He discovered a gas leak in our furnace. He discovered the source and ordered a new one to be installed next week. He then finished his job focusing on our AC. Good man you have there! Back to replace gas regulator that he found previously. After install of new part, everything checked out as no gas leaks. He really prevented some serious outcomes had he not discovered them on a previous visit. Not only that, our gas bill will reflect a lower bill!
