Brian and his team from Neighborhood Plumbing & Heating were a delight to work with as they installed a heat pump and furnace combo. Brian and everyone I had contact with were courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Brian's expertise was plain to see, and it was truly great to have a team here that so enjoyed working with each other! (My 94-year-old mom even commented on how much they enjoyed each other's company and how fun it was to hear them laughing with each other!) They all took pride in the quality of their work and made every effort to ensure that I was informed and understood how everything worked before they left. I'm grateful I made the choice to work with Neighborhood and look forward to our ongoing relationship! Thank you so much for providing such great service!

We had Spencer come out to work on some electrical issues. Not only were they very flexible with my schedule when I last minute had to stay later at work and easily bumped me down to allow time for me to arrive, they also were able to get me on the schedule in the matter of a couple days. Spencer was very professional and efficient. He was determined to figure out our light issue as we had multiple lights not working. I’ve used Neighborhood for other projects and have only been impressed with the work ethic and efficiency of the different workers/departments I’ve had come out and also the invoice at the end. They are able to take credit, debit, cash, or check! The techs are very knowledgeable and able to answer questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend and plan to use them in the future for other projects/issues as they come up.

I am so happy with the service. They were patient and were very helpful with questions. The ceiling fan I purchased was not correct - the wires were too short. Tanner said they had more wiring to do and if I wanted I could return it and get the correct one or they could come back another day. I jumped at the chance to get a different ceiling fan.
