Neighborhood is our go-to! We have used them for heating and AC checkups and trust them. This year it was time to replace the furnace and heat pump. We got a good quote and finished the install. Excellent group of technicians, great communication, great office staff who handle scheduling, rebate information, etc. So if you want a fair price, effortless installation, and a nice team to work with, I highly recommend you at least give them a chance to earn your business. Just bought a new furnace and air conditioner from Neighborhood Plumbing and Heating. Very satisfied with Ryan in sales and Justin and Mike for the quick installation. Mike pointed out several problems in our old 29-year Rheem furnace that definitely made it unsafe and unusable. We had an emergency with our furnace, and wow! I'm glad I called Neighborhood! Honestly, before calling Neighborhood Heating, I called a different company, and getting an appointment made was just a hassle as they prefer text. It took way too long to just get an appointment confirmed.
I called Neighborhood next and confirmed the appointment in minutes. Eric, the tech, showed up within an hour. He explained everything; our furnace was emitting a great amount of carbon monoxide! He got us an appointment for a new furnace install the next day (Saturday)!
Brian, the installation tech, came out on time as promised. Shout out to Brian, awesome guy, friendly and easy to talk to! He explained what he was doing and walked us through the new thermostat.
After the new furnace installed by Neighborhood, I feel like a new person! The past few winters up to the installation, me and my family have been sick all the time—headaches, always fatigue, etc. Since then, we feel so much better and no longer have those symptoms, it's crazy! We are extremely happy with "Neighborhood Plumbing Company" of St. Cloud. They ordered and installed a new furnace and AC for our home, and they did an excellent job with everything. We also learned that our old furnace that was in our home when we purchased it was actually the wrong size furnace for the square footage of this home. We live in a bi-level home, and our lower level was always so cold. 🥶 Not anymore. Our entire home is toasty warm, comfortable, and our new furnace and AC are both so quiet! Chris came out today to give us our first-year furnace checkup. He was so thorough, explained everything really well, he was so polite, and he was just the nicest man. Thanks for coming all the way out to the Big Lake area, Neighborhood Plumbing! We're so glad that we chose Neighborhood Plumbing instead of the other three companies that we got estimates from.
